Real Revolution

I personally think all should have to start their own firm so that they can understand the problem of management its always very easy to comment on people who are in top post of a firm or the owner.because from history the persons who support employees are became hero. but most of them didn't understand the problem of owner then only we say that a revolution has been done life is all about seeing in two angles.
